In the contrasting hues of navy blue and white, our Roborough print is a bold celebration of the common frog, a stalwart of the British countryside. As a pair sit at the centre of the design that adorns the front of the cushion, they are surrounded by the branches of the bramble, blooming with flowers and bearing blackberries that are waiting on the arrival of warm summer afternoons to ripen.
On the reverse, our Pennywell print is a celebration of the beginning of springtime, as an army of frogs re-emerge from their winter shelter and hop among a field of freshly bloomed forget-me-nots. The design takes its name from the farm that Jenny used to visit with her family to go pond dipping, discovering the abundance of wildlife that lives under the water.
Each of our cushions begins life as a hand-drawn design which is digitally coloured before being printed onto silk. Once they are sewn and finished with contrast piping, we fill the covers with plush feather pads that have been specially selected for their ability to stay fuller for longer.
With their decorative designs and luxurious silk fabric, our cushions are equally at home adding a pop of colour to a bedspread as they are bringing a colour scheme together in a living space.
